You can do this by getting a few links into Digg, Scribd, Mixx or use a Squidoo lens. This will keep you out of trouble with Google. Also, make sure you put up a few posts or pages. To check, put "site:yoursite.com" in Google's search bar. If the pages are indexed there, you can start your backlinking campaign.
