If your goal is to lose weight, then it is important to know that at some point you will need to turn to cardio for weight loss. But everyone knows that. The question is how much cardio do we need, and what is the best cardio exercise? Well the reality is that there is no best cardio exercise, but whichever exercise you will do on a regular basis is the best type of cardio. As for how much: no more than four days in the week. You don't want to burn needed energy.
