Before shooting screencapture video make sure that you've cleared your form cache, disabled your IM clients and turned off any browser bars with search terms in them.. Also set your browser to a resolution that will render in HD. Finally, if you want to save time.. Write a short script using notepad, minimize it horizontally so you can read it while looking at your screen.. This will save excessive takes and time.
