Creating a custom profile page is a great way to showcase your online business, links, offers, feeds and more.

Not only do you build valuable backlinks, but they can drive passive traffic, social networking followers and more.

As an added benefit to Pagellan membership I’ve created a unique profile page system that does all the above and more.

You can see these icons in action on my Newbiereport.com left sidebar.  How cool is that?

Just paste a simple javascript code in a sidebar widget and you’re instantly promoting all your social accounts.

And… It gets even better than that..

I’m going to be adding the Top Ten User Profile Links to the main page of Pagellan.com.   My script checks for unique visitors to your page and if your page is one of the top ten visited you’ll get the added exposure of being linked on our front page.  Don’t worry, all others will just be one click away on our master profile list.

Once I know people are using the pages correctly (without any spammy content) I’ll activate the main page links.

For now, please feel free to setup right now and start using the Social Icon Javascript on your site.

There are two templates, one with an RSS and Twitter Feed and one without.  If you don’t have those feeds just choose the No RSS template.
