Do you get unsolicited phone calls even though you are on the "Do Not Call" registry? I have been receiving calls seven days a week at all hours from a company called "Portolio Recovery" that is some sort of a collection agency. I'm irritated by these calls & I did a search on the Internet & found out that there are many complaints from people the last three years. I contacted the FTC and I filed a complaint.
