They can be very sexy & functional at the same time, especially when you match them with denim cut-off's or mid to long skirts for a "resort" appearance. You can go right from the pool to the coctail bar and look alluring and stylish at the same time. Just make sure you wear sunscreen so that you don't get an odd sunburn.
