Where do ideas come from? We all wonder about this. We have two minds. A conscious mind & a sub or super conscious mind. I listen to problems,ask questions, write notes, do research. I put those details into the “incubator” of my super conscious mind. Then,usually at night, my super conscious mind gives my conscious mind an idea. I write it down asap & polish & refine the idea in my conscious mind. My super conscious mind is a tool I use to discover more about where good ideas come from.

Most of us live in one of two places during our lives: (1) When awake, we have a "conscious" life where we are aware of what is happening and what is going on around us all of the time. (2) When we go to sleep our "sub-conscious" or "super conscious" mind dominates until we wake up. Then, somehow, our sub-conscious thoughts are sent to our now awake conscious mind. Often our"sleeping mind" has figured out answers to problems we have been searching for with "ideas."
