BUT, if you simply cut out one item of food or drink that you have on a regular basis, avoid sugar (booze & sweets) and fried food, eat about 4 small, healthy snacks and one healthy main meal per day, you will lose weight! And include some brisk walking. Keep it up for three months and see what happens!
