Well, it's that time of the year and many people are making the resolution to lose weight. Again...the diet industy is huge and most people fail at dieting. It's just too hard. BUT, if you simply cut out one item of food or drink that you have on a regular basis, avoid sugar (booze & sweets) and fried food, eat about 4 small, healthy snacks and one healthy main meal per day, you will lose weight! And include some brisk walking. Keep it up for three months and see what happens!
