They worked in other browsers, but in FF on the order page it always said: affiliate: none. I hadn't blocked Clickbank and they had worked just a week before. It turns out that an add-on or something I did, blocked FF from accepting cookies from clickbank.net. I went into the custom history setting in Tools > Options > Privacy and was able to remove the exception which fixed it.
